Capacity building will enable other local authorities and their suppliers to exchange compliant eInvoices through European transport infrastructure. The expected outcome of this activity is the development of a knowledge base that can be shared on a national and EU level.
An implementation template will be prepared to guide other local authorities and public bodies in the implementation of the eInvoicing.
Workshops for local authorities will be organised to gather requirements for the technical specifications and provide insights in on the European eInvoicing standard, and the solution that the LGMA is making available to the local authorities.
A seminar for all local authorities will be scheduled at the end of the project to demonstrate the results of the activities and share knowledge and lessons learned.
